Food always good here.. we are from KL.. always enjoy the cooking
A revisit and pleasantly surprised. Food is really tasty, and they sell 1602 beer. Be prepared that the food ordered can take some time before being served, like the drinks, plates, etc. An area for improvement. Staff is very helpful, though. The food is still reasonably priced.
2022: A Chinese restaurant next to residential area which is gaining popularity. It was quite crowded during my recent visit. Food is OK but serving time of dishes is rather long. Jan 2025: Food is good and service has much improved. Fair pricing. Reservation is recommended especially for dinner.
Above average food with good service and affordable price. Suggest to go during less peak hours, my sea cucumber soup was a bit too diluted as compare to my last visit. Might be due to this peak hour visit where the chefs are packed with orders. Highly recommend the Japanese sauce pork rib, solid 5/5 for this new dish on their menu.
The place to watch the sunset while having an early dinner. Sadly my luck is not today as it was cloudy and going to rain. Nevertheless the food here makes up for the below par food that we had for the past 3 days. Thumbs up for the pork ribs in plum juice. Every bite like heaven. Midin vege fried with wine was also super crunchy. The sambal cuttlefish was nicely done. It was the bloated body and short leg cuttlefish. Last is the pork satay. Very fragrant. Will come back to try the chicken satay and others like fish, prawn and the many grilled items. Plenty of parking. The sambal attracted one annoying fly. That is how good the food is here. The kedondong drink and sugar cane was served in a chilled packet. Also nice. All for only RM 99.50!! Definitely coming back and hopefully can see the sunset the next visit.
We tried their local Sarawak delights, including the Hong Zhao noodle, Kolo Mee, Tomato Wat Tan Ho, and Clam Soup Noodle. Each dish was prepared authentically and delivered on point, exceeding our expectations. The prices are reasonable, making it great value for money. The restaurant is located on a hilltop, offering a view of Miri city. However, the view is partially obstructed by the coconut trees they’ve planted, which is a bit of a pity.
